  • All necessary images, videos, and texts for the website and online store must be provided by the client. We can edit them to suit your website, and if you need to purchase any images, we'll provide you with potential sources. The ownership of client-provided images remains with the client, who is responsible for obtaining the necessary copyright and permissions.
  • SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a secure protocol that safeguards data transmission and ensures secure internet communications. It is particularly crucial for securing online payment systems. We charge NZD10.00 per year for SSL during your renewal.
  • Our hosting renewal fee may vary based on the file usage on your website, ranging from NZD5.00 to NZD20.00 per month.

We offer update services to assist you in keeping the content on your website up to date. It can contribute to building trust between you and your customers by actively sharing your fresh content with them and uploading your latest products.

  • Our update services are exclusively accessible to clients whose websites are either constructed or managed by us.
  • For clients who either have us construct the website or entrust us with website management, we offer a free update service covering up to 200 words, 2 images and 1 video. This service remains valid for one year following the website's completion or transfer. Following the expiration of the free update service or its use, or in cases where updates may incur unforeseen time or cost to us, we may present you with a competitive quote for subsequent update requests.
